Free and pay help. You have several resources available to you to fight Crooks online. Well maybe labeling deadbeats, cheats and other schemers and scammers "CROOKS" is strong, but most likely true if you have been cheated out of hard work, funds or your personal information. This is mainly directed to webmasters however there abound plenty of schemes online that take your services and or funds and then run and hide. Well, bounced contact information emails, returned USP mail to the sender is running and hiding. You know they hide thinking because they are on the NET, that they can hide. Fight back, tell others, tell States Attornies offices. Report Businesses and other scrupulous individuals to the Social Security Administration and the IRS. Remember the best defense is an offense. Ask yourself can ABC Crook defend any and all the accusations, if not call them whatever you want Heck you would like to see them incourt wouldn't you. This in not intended as a helpful page if you bought something and it broke or you were not happy with a purchase there are plenty of helpful well known resources availbale for that end, starting with contacting the company and if that doesn't work contacting your bank or credit card company to seek reimbursment. This page is to help people who worked hard and then were cheated by an (ABC) Any Business Company. I personally have a few in mind that I may be naming as examples of Places that DBAU.

If a Company offered you pay in any way then ABC company requested your Social Security Account and all relating Personal information in the guise of a contractual agreement to make money, earn commissions or pay per leads, sales whatever shape or form. But they required your payment information to pay you and report these EARNING to the IRS and Social Security (SSA )Administration would have received that Via the IRS for either you to fund your SS account related to your earnings or they to submit earnings match.

Now when you are not paid. First the ABC Company hides and more than likely runs. Crooks do that. But they are so confident in most instances that they reimerge as BCD Company. New Name same crooks behind it. Same scam to defraud others. So do you cry about being cheated and pout or do you want to report the ABC and BCD Companies so they cannot defraud you again or anyone else.

First save relevant contact information and your agreement with them. Check the whois on the crook(s) site gather all the contacts. Do a business contact lookup. Allot of the places I recommend come in a pay database I had used for years (a free trail basis, or even better for life access to easy and fast all in one place contacts).

Now you have written, e-mailed, called and USP mailed, ABC Crooks (now.) They are hiding or assuming business as BCD Crooks now. But you found them and are now fighting back. Take all those names and addresses you have gathered in one neat little place and file a complaint with all the relavant States Atty Offices. Whatever States they had contacts listed.. If they required your Social Security report them to the IRS ( great if you dug up their Federal ID cause the IRS dosen't look too far that I know for these ABC Crooks without it (get the Database your gonna need it besides it is a write off on your taxes you needed it to fight and try to get your money back or owed)

Alright so now your getting replies, did ABC Crooks claim we are no longer doing business as ABC Crooks because that went Bankcrupt, nah,nah. Fine but did your information become an asseset ( because ABC or BCD CROOKS are not very bright to begin with.)

Try to get your funds owed with debt collections. Many programs offer percentages contigency fees or reasonable fees to persue them and report them. Here is one again I do recommend the database to find everything and and anyone you need to find and contact in relation to ABC CROOKS, BCD CROOKS, LLC, LP, Sole Proprietor, and INC. One such company is OldDebts

Even if you don't get a dime back report them. Report them when you see ABC is now BCD Crooks online or such. Feel better cause you fought back and most likely saved someone else from being defrauded. Also maybe just maybe ABC BCD Crooks will finally cease maybe even see the light or become harmless missionaries just don't drink the Kool-ade they recommend.

Post your experiences with Affiliate Program information and or recommendation boards and sites. Such as Associateprograms.com or PPC boards. Careful I think it highly possible csome boards may be run by, well, people with an interest in sticking up for CROOKED COMPANIES. So I as yet have a recommendation I would directly link to. Blacklist them. Sign on to Blacklist.com and add your experience. Please be careful what you put in print. However if you call someone a crook and they haven't been convicted, they can take you to court, BUT they have to defend the accusation. CAN THEY? I have yet to find an defense to what most of the ABC Crooks are doing online. (takes a bit of time to load but its a good site!!)

MOST IMPORTANTLY!! Get the word out there. Help yourself while you help others. Lets clean up the net, chase off the CROOKS so we can all do Business legitimately and honestly.
