We at McWay would like to introduce you to our company. We produce handmade "Bite Me" lures. Don Conway, the artist who designs and manufactures his own lures by hand, has been doing so for the past five years.

Don started out doing so when one day he could not find his regular store bought lure. They were sold out at every store he went to. So a fishing buddy encouraged him to put his talent to work so that he would never be without his favorite lure again. So he invented his own "Bite Me" lures hoping to fool the fish even better than before. Well through trial and error he succeeded and everyone wanted some.

People were so impressed they made him the talk of the pier. Well you know how powerful word of mouth can be and a reporter ran across someone using these lures. One short filler was done in the Times Picayune and it did so well for business he couldn't do it all himself anymore. He decided to look for a partner to help. Many people were interested but Richelle Alverez convinced him to take it to the internet. Just as McWay was beginning to become organized a bigger story was done in the Times Picayune.

So here we are, a new company with an excellent product. "Bite Me" lures.
